Melissa Falcon

Melissa Falcon is a Physical Therapist Assistant at PhysicalOne, where she plays a key role in implementing treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists. She works closely with patients on therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and functional movements to improve strength, mobility, and overall function, while providing consistent support and encouragement throughout their recovery journey.

Melissa specializes in outpatient rehabilitation, with a strong focus on pain management, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, gait training, and improving strength, balance, and activity tolerance.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and her Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Keiser University. Melissa began her clinical practice in October 2025 following several years of dedicated academic preparation.

Her approach is highly patient-centered, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s goals and functional needs. She prioritizes clear communication, consistency, and encouragement to help patients stay motivated and achieve meaningful progress. Melissa takes pride in building trusting, professional relationships and ensuring every patient feels supported and confident in their care.

Outside of the clinic, Melissa is enjoying staying active, whether at the gym or through everyday movement.
