At PhysicalOne Physical Therapy and Wellness, our goal is to provide VIP-level care to every client, regardless of insurance type. As a courtesy, we submit and process insurance claims on your behalf and are happy to answer questions about coverage.
While we make every effort to facilitate payment, the client remains ultimately responsible for all charges if claims are denied, delayed, or unpaid. For work-related injuries or motor vehicle accidents, a third-party payer may be responsible; however, in cases of denial, dispute, or litigation, financial responsibility remains with the client.
At PhysicalOne Physical Therapy and Wellness, we accept the following insurance plans:

- Most major medical insurance plans
Final pricing may vary based on individual insurance coverage and/or eligible discounts. Under no circumstances will charges exceed the prices listed.
Services We provide for SELF PAY Clients
Please be prepared to indicate the type of appointment you are requesting during your setup call so we can schedule you appropriately.
Physical Therapy Evaluation and Treatment
A 60–75-minute session including a detailed history of your condition, assessment of involved and surrounding structures, identification of contributing factors, development of a comprehensive and individualized plan of care, initial hands-on treatment and corrective exercises, and creation of a personalized Home Exercise Program (HEP) to be performed on non-therapy days.
Physical Therapy Treatment
A 60-minute session consisting of individualized manual therapy and functional exercises tailored to your specific condition and goals.
Package of 10 visits. Self-Pay: Initial Evaluation & Treatment are available.
Wellness Plan – 12 Sessions or 18 Sessions packages:
A self-directed program allowing twice-weekly use of the facility. A doctor will be present in the treatment area but not assigned exclusively to you. The doctor and support staff will supervise the space, assist with equipment setup as needed, and answer questions when appropriate, provided it does not disrupt care for other clients.
Laser Therapy Package – 10 Sessions or 5-session packages are available
Each laser therapy session is a precise 5–10-minute treatment targeting painful or injured tissues using up to 40 watts of power. Treatments are customized to your condition and follow evidence-based protocols designed to reduce pain and inflammation, accelerate tissue healing, and restore function efficiently.
